Rubrics Explained

Thanks to HTH students Lila, Ray, Patty, and Sean, we have a fun way to explain what rubrics are and role they play in a performance-based system.

P3T Process

This is an example of using the P3T tool process as we figured out what "Advisory" means. Once we have a common understanding (a statement), we can then begin to set goals and look at data to measure if we are meeting our goals.
