Hoonah's Ed Tech Plan Process


In the spring of 2011, Hoonah School District, a remote village in Southeast Alaska, put together a process to plan technology for their community for the next three years. This video outlines the process:
- Gathering all stakeholders for input
- Celebrating unique aspects of village
- Visioning the future
- Designing a tech plan to support these things
- Submitting the tech plan to the State Department of Education & Early Development for feedback, approval, and E-Rate funding.
